NCC Performance Solutions in New South Wales

DAV Building Solutions prepares performance solution reports for projects across New South Wales. David Flanagan is a Registered Building Certifier, Surveyor Unrestricted, in NSW (AMR-001226), so the reports are written with the certifier's assessment in mind.

In NSW, building work is assessed and certified by registered certifiers under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018. Where a design departs from the Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions of the NCC, a performance solution report sets out how the relevant Performance Requirements are met, ready for the certifier to assess for a construction certificate.
