NCC Performance Solutions in Queensland

DAV Building Solutions prepares performance solution reports for building projects across Queensland. David Flanagan is a Registered Building Certifier Level 1 in Queensland (A15417617), so reports are written to meet what a certifier needs to assess.

In Queensland, building work is assessed under the Building Act 1975 by private certifiers or local government, and the building industry is regulated by the QBCC. Where a design departs from the Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions of the NCC, a performance solution report shows how the relevant Performance Requirements are met, so the assessment can proceed.
