NCC Performance Solutions in Tasmania

DAV Building Solutions prepares performance solution reports for building projects in Tasmania. David Flanagan is an AIBS accredited building surveyor (AIBS accreditation number 8016), and the reports are written to support the assessing building surveyor.

In Tasmania, building work is regulated under the Building Act 2016. Where a design departs from the Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions of the NCC, a performance solution report sets out how the relevant Performance Requirements are met, so the departure can be assessed.
